Ingredients

  • 150 g chocolate
  • 110 g peanut butter
  • 125 g rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or using double boiler method on the stove.

  2. Add peanut butter and salt to the melted chocolate and stir rapidly.

  3. Add rolled oats and mix well.

  4. Using your hands form 10 even cookies. Place them in the fridge until the chocolate hardens. Store them in the fridge for up to 6 days.
