Baked Feta Eggs (Protein-Packed Breakfast)

This oven-baked feta and egg dish is an easy, protein-rich breakfast that's creamy, flavorful, and perfect for a cozy weekend brunch or meal prep.

Ingredients
  

  • 70 g block of feta cheese 2.5 oz
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • herb salt or seasoning of choice to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Grease a small baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Place the block of feta cheese in the center.
  4. Crack the eggs around the feta.
  5. Drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle with herb salt or your favorite seasoning.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until egg whites are set and yolks are still slightly soft in the center.
  7. Scramble with a fork to mix the yolks and melted feta.
  8. Serve warm with toasted sourdough and avocado, if desired.
