In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, pour mixture on it and spread it in a thin layer.

Bake for 20 minutes at 350° F (180° C) (stirring halfway) until the granola is golden.

Let it cool a little bit then add the chocolate chips and combine. Store in an airtight container for up to a week. Enjoy!
