Preheat oven to 180°C (350° F).
In a food processor, mix all ingredients except chocolate chips until reaching a smooth batter.
Add in chocolate chips/chunks and mix with a spoon or spatula.
Pour the batter into greased pan (or lined with parchment paper) and spread evenly.
Bake for 25 minutes. Let it cool before cutting into squares. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
