CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tbsp almond milk or any type you pefer
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (180°C).

  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs, bananas, milk, vanilla extract and coconut oil. Add oat flour, baking powder, chocolate chips and mix until well-combined.

  3. Pour batter into greased loaf tin (or lined with parchement paper). Bake for 40-50 minutes.
