Combine mashed banana, beaten egg, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract and peanut butter.
Stir in almond powder, ground oats and baking powder. Add chocolate chips and stir that to get everything incorporated.
Take about a table spoon of the dough and form it into a disk in your hand and place it on the cookie sheet.
Bake for about 10-15 minutes at 350° F (180° C). Once all the cookies have completely cooled store them in an airtight container.
