CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER ENERGY BALLS

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 14 pitted dates
  • ½ cup peanuts
  • 4 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Soak pitted dates in warm water for 25 minutes. This will give them a soft texture.
  2. Drain the dates, add them into a food processor with the rest of the ingredients and pulse until everything is combined.
  3. Roll mixture into one inch balls. 
  4. Place balls into an airtight container and store in the fridge for a week.
