Preheat oven to 180°C (350° F).
Mash the bananas with a fork or in a blender/food processor. In a bowl, whisk eggs, mashed bananas, oat milk, vanilla extract, packed brown sugar and melted coconut oil with peanut butter.
Add oat flour, almond flour, baking powder and mix until well-combined. Add chocolate chips and mix.
Pour the batter into greased loaf tin (or lined with parchment paper), add some walnuts on top and bake for 1 hour.
