Granola Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 cup oat milk (or any type)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Topping

  • honey
  • granola
  • blueberries

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Grease a non stick pan with coconut oil and cook the pancakes on medium heat. Flip them when it's bubbly in the center and dry around the edges.

  3. Serve with some honey, granola and blueberries.
