Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients

  • 100 g peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 50 g almond flour
  • 60 g dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Add almond flour and coconut flour and combine.

  2. Roll mixture into small balls. Place the balls in the freezer for about 10 minutes.

  3. Melt the chocolate. Cover the balls in chocolate using 2 forks. Place the balls on parchment paper, sprinkle some sea salt if you want and put them in the fridge to allow the chocolate to harden.

  4. Place balls into an airtight container and store in the fridge for a week or in the freezer for several weeks.
