Preheat oven to 350° F (180°C).
In a bowl, whisk eggs, bananas, milk, vanilla extract, coconut oil and peanut butter. Add oat flour, baking powder, chocolate chips and mix until well-combined.
Pour batter into greased loaf tin (or lined with parchement paper), add banana slices and some chocolate chips on top. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
