Heat some oil in a skillet over medium heat, add mushrooms, allow to brown and season with salt.
In another skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add shrimp, green pepper, salt and let it cook for few minutes.
For dressing, combine olive oil, white vinegar, lemon juice, mustard and salt.
In a large bowl, combine cucumber, cherry tomatoes cut in half, radish, cooked shrimp, mushrooms, green pepper, onion, pasta, chopped parsley and avocado.
Add dressing to the mixture and gently combine.
