ROAST POTATOES

Ingredients

  • 5 potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground red pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 °F (220 °C).

  2. Steam potatoes for 8 minutes. Transfer to a bowl, add olive oil, salt, black pepper, red pepper, garlic and toss until evenly coated.

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out potatoes on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
