Heat some oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add mushrooms, allow to brown and season with salt.
Heat some oil in another saucepan, add shrimp, salt and let it cook.
For dressing, combine olive oil, white vinegar, mustard and salt.
Season each ingredient seperatly except for the mushrooms and shrimp.
Start building the salad bowl by adding lettuce then radish slices, cherry tomatoes cut in half, red cabbage, mushrooms, shrimp and steamed artichoke.
