CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER ENERGY BALLS

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 14 pitted dates
  • ½ cup peanuts
  • 4 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Soak pitted dates in warm water for 25 minutes. This will give them a soft texture.
  2. Drain the dates, add them into a food processor with the rest of the ingredients and pulse until everything is combined.
  3. Roll mixture into one inch balls. 
  4. Place balls into an airtight container and store in the fridge for a week.

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 45 g de flocons d'avoine
  • 2 c.s. de noix de coco râpée et séchée
  • 2 c.s. de cacao
  • 14 dattes dénoyautées
  • 65 g de cacahuètes
  • 4 c.s. de beurre de cacahuète
  • 1 c.c. d'extrait de vanille

Method
 

  1. Faire tremper les dattes dénoyautées dans de l'eau tiède pendant 25 minutes. Cela leur donnera une texture plus tendre.
  2. Égoutter les dattes, les ajouter au robot culinaire avec le reste des ingrédients et mélanger. 
  3. Avec les mains, former des boules d'environ 2.5 cm de diamètre.
  4. Placer les boules dans un bocal et conserver au réfrigérateur pendant une semaine.
