COOKIES A LA FARINE DE POIS CHICHE

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 50 g farine de pois chiche
  • 50 g de sucre de canne ou sucre de coco
  • 100 g de beurre de cacahuète
  • 1 oeuf végétal 1c.s. de graines de lin moulues + 3c.s. d'eau. Laisser reposer 10 minutes
  • 1 c.c. de levure chimique
  • 1 c.c. d'extrait de vanille
  • 55 g de pépites de chocolat

Method
 

  1. Préchauffer le four à 180 ° C.
  2. Dans un bol, mélanger la farine de pois chiche, la levure chimique, l'extrait de vanille, le beurre d'arachide, le sucre de canne et l'œuf végétal. Ajouter les pépites de chocolat et mélanger.
  3. Prenez une cuillère à soupe de la pâte, formez un disque dans votre main et placez-le sur la plaque à four couverte de papier cuisson.
  4. Cuire au four pendant 10-13 minutes. Laissez refroidir. Conservez dans une boite en fer ou un bocal hermétique.

CHICKPEA FLOUR COOKIES

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup chickpea flour
  • ⅓ cup cane sugar or coconut sugar
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 flax egg 1 tablespoon flax meal+3 tablespoon water Let rest for 10 minutes to thicken
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (180°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the chickpea flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, peanut butter, cane sugar and flax egg. Add chocolate chips and stir that to get everything incorporated.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Take about a table spoon of the dough and form it into a disk in your hand and place it on the cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 10-13 minutes until slightly golden. Once all the cookies have completely cooled store them in an airtight container.
