Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas 310g
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g oat flour
  • 55 g agave syrup or honey or maple syrup
  • 50 g coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350° F).
  2. Mash the bananas with a fork. In a bowl, whisk eggs, mashed bananas, agave syrup, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil.
  3. Add oat flour, baking soda, baking powder and mix until well-combined.
  4. Pour the batter into greased loaf tin (or lined with parchment paper), and bake for 45 - 50 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananes 310g
  • 2 oeufs
  • 250 g de farine d'avoine (flocons d'avoine réduits en poudre)
  • 55 g de sirop d'agave  ou de sirop d'érable ou du miel
  • 50 g d'huile de coco
  • 1 c.c. d'extrait de vanille
  • 1 c.c. de levure chimique
  • 1 c.c. de bicarbonate de soude

Method
 

  1. Préchauffer le four à 180 ° C.
  2. Écrasez les bananes avec une fourchette. Dans un bol, fouetter les œufs, la purée de bananes, le sirop d'agave, l'extrait de vanille et l'huile de coco fondue.
  3. Ajouter la farine d'avoine, le bicarbonate de soude, la levure chimique et mélanger jusqu'à ce que le tout soit bien mélangé.
  4. Versez la pâte dans un moule à cake préalablement graissé (ou utiliser du papier parchemin), et cuire au four pendant 45 à 50 minutes.
