Preheat oven to 180°C (350° F).
Mash the bananas with a fork. In a bowl, whisk eggs, mashed bananas, agave syrup, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil.
Add oat flour, baking soda, baking powder and mix until well-combined.
Pour the batter into greased loaf tin (or lined with parchment paper), and bake for 45 - 50 minutes.
