Chocolate Hazelnut Granola

Chocolate Hazelnut Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats (190g)
  • 1/2 cup dried shredded coconut (55g)
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder (45g)
  • 1/2 cup crushed hazelnuts (70g)
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil (40g)
  • 1/4 cup maple or agave syrup (or honey) (45g)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 70 g dark chocolate chips or chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350° F).

  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together.

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, pour mixture on it and spread it in a thin layer.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 180° C (350° F) .

  5. Let it cool completely before breaking the granola into small pieces. Store in an airtight container for up to a week. Enjoy!

Granola aux Noisettes et Chocolat

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 190 g de flocons d’avoine
  • 55 g noix de coco râpée et séchée
  • 45 g de poudre de cacao
  • 70 g de noisettes concassées
  • 40 g d'huile de coco fondue
  • 45 g de sirop d'érable ou d'agave (ou miel)
  • 1/2 c.c. sel de mer
  • 1 c.c. d’extrait de vanille
  • 70 g de pépites ou morceaux de chocolat noir

Instructions

  1. Préchauffer le four à 180 ° C.

  2. Dans un grand bol, mélangez tous les ingrédients.

  3. Versez le mélange sur une plaque couverte de papier cuisson et étalez sur toute la surface.

  4. Cuire au four pendant 20 minutes à 180° C.

  5. Laisser refroidir complètement avant de casser le granola en petits morceaux. Conserver dans une boite jusqu'à une semaine.
