Preheat oven to 180°C (350° F).
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, pour mixture on it and spread it in a thin layer.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180° C (350° F) .
Let it cool completely before breaking the granola into small pieces. Store in an airtight container for up to a week. Enjoy!
