Chocolate Hazelnut Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats (190g)
  • 1/2 cup dried shredded coconut (55g)
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder (45g)
  • 1/2 cup crushed hazelnuts (70g)
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil (40g)
  • 1/4 cup maple or agave syrup (or honey) (45g)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 70 g dark chocolate chips or chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350° F).

  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together.

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, pour mixture on it and spread it in a thin layer.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 180° C (350° F) .

  5. Let it cool completely before breaking the granola into small pieces. Store in an airtight container for up to a week. Enjoy!
