ROAST POTATOES

Ingredients

  • 5 pommes de terre, coupées en quartiers
  • 2 c.s. d'huile d'olive
  • 1/2 c.c. de poivre noir
  • 1/2 c.c. de poivre rouge
  • 2 gousses d'ail, hachées
  • du sel

Instructions

  1. Préchauffer le four à 220 ° C.

  2. Cuire les pommes de terre à la vapeur pendant 8 minutes. Transférer dans un bol, ajouter l'huile d'olive, le sel, le poivre noir, le poivre rouge, l'ail et mélanger.

  3. Disposer les pommes de terre dans une plaque de cuisson couverte de papier parchemin. Cuire au four pendant 20-25 minutes.

ROAST POTATOES

Ingredients

  • 5 potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground red pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 °F (220 °C).

  2. Steam potatoes for 8 minutes. Transfer to a bowl, add olive oil, salt, black pepper, red pepper, garlic and toss until evenly coated.

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out potatoes on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
