- Combine chopped coriander, salt, cumin, garlic, ground black pepper, ground red pepper, ground ginger with 1 teaspoon olive oil. Then fill the inside of the sardines with this mixture.
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, place the sardines in the pan and cook each side for about 5 minutes.
- Put the sardines on a plate and squeeze some lemon juice on top.
