PAN-FRIED SARDINES

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gr fresh sardine, cleaned and deboned
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • Coriander, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • ⅓ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ⅓ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ⅓ teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Combine chopped coriander, salt, cumin, garlic, ground black pepper, ground red pepper, ground ginger with 1 teaspoon olive oil. Then fill the inside of the sardines with this mixture.
  2. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, place the sardines in the pan and cook each side for about 5 minutes.
  3. Put the sardines on a plate and squeeze some lemon juice on top.

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g de sardines, nettoyées et désossées
  • 2 c.s. gousses d'ail écrasées
  • Coriandre hachée
  • 2 c.s. d'huile d'olive
  • ⅓ c.c. de sel
  • ½ c.c. de gingembre moulu
  • ⅓ c.c. de cumin
  • ¼ c.c. de poivre noir moulu
  • ⅓ c.c. de poivron rouge moulu
  • 1 c.c. de jus de citron

Method
 

  1. Mélanger la coriandre hachée, le sel, le cumin, l'ail, le poivre noir, le poivre rouge moulu, le gingembre avec 1 cuillère à café d'huile d'olive. Puis remplissez l'intérieur des sardines avec ce mélange.
  2. Faire chauffer l'huile dans une poêle à feu moyen, placer les sardines dans la poêle et cuire chaque côté pendant 5 minutes environ.
  3. Mettez les sardines dans une assiette et pressez un peu de jus de citron dessus.
